the clean and renewable energy sectors, and experience
investing in leading-edge companies for significant financial
returns.

Investment Review Committee

An experienced Investment Review Committee
advises the Fund. The Committee includes
Warren Leon, Director of the Massachusetts Renewable
Energy Trust;
Alain Hanover, an experienced IT industry entrepreneur
and General Partner of Navigator Technology Ventures; Jim
LoGerfo, a former Banc America Securities energy investment
banker who has participated in several clean energy company
IPOs; and Mark Farber, currently VP Business Development
and founding CEO of Evergreen Solar (Nasdaq:ESLR). |
